Glass Candy

There is always something going on in New York, and Saturday night was no exception. Williamsburg’s newest addition for nightlife fun is Brooklyn Bowl. The Italo Disco band Glass Candy were performing on stage to an enthusiastic crowd in the massive space’s open band section where bowlers can still enjoy the music. Blue Ribbon restaraunt is nestled right by the bar and the alleys making this the spot you can fulfill the necessities of a good night: food, music, dancing, fun, and above all- getting your drink on!

In the Band of Outsiders

Fashion Week is in full force in New York and we were lucky enough to go to the Band of Outsiders’ fashion showing at Milk Studios in the meatpacking district this past Saturday. Besides the usual beautiful people in attendance, notables were the creative director for American Vogue Grace Coddington, Jason Schwartzman (the actor who also stars in the fall ad campaign for B.o.O.), and our favorite celeb sighting- Kim Gordon of the most influential rock band of my generation Sonic Youth – Pictured (beyond jump) here with Scott Sternberg, the designer of Band of Outsiders. The models weren’t that bad either in front of their beachy backdrops..
