From our neighbors across the pond via The Telegraph comes a survey of some of the most recognizable garments of the last five decades. Which dress did readers choose as number 1? Geri Halliwell (of the Spice Girls) Union Jack dress which got 82% of the vote. While we’re thinking this may be a case of Brit bias, the shimmery frock beat out Audrey Hepburn’s black dress and pearls (Breakfast at Tiffany’s) and even Bjork’s infamous swan dress, which she wore to the 2001 Oscars.
